Mya Kate is influenced by a wide range of incredibly talented artists and songwriters from Dolly Parton and Chris Stapleton to homegrown Tenille Townes. She has extensive performance experience as a Senior Singer with The Young Canadians of the Calgary Stampede, and as a solo artist collaborating with other musicians in and around Alberta. This year, she's up for a Horizon Youth Award Nominee at the Alberta Country Music Awards, and has released her own single, "Cowboy When You Wanna Be".
